Ty Tascioglu is a criminal defense attorney at Belen Law Firm with a straightforward approach: protect his clients, work hard, and never back down from a challenge. Since joining the Arizona State Bar in 2016, Ty has earned a reputation for being reliable, focused, and fully committed to his clients’ outcomes.

Before joining Belen Law Firm, Ty built a strong foundation in leadership through years working in college football, followed by coaching youth sports. That experience shaped his approach: direct, strategic, and team-focused. He also brings a background in marketing and advertising, and continues to serve as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, guiding professional athletes through the business side of the game.

Ty brings the same drive to his legal practice that he brought to coaching on the football field. He’s competitive by nature and values preparation, focus, and seeing things through—whether it’s for his clients, his firm, or his team.

He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and holds a B.A. in History from Purdue University. His legal experience includes both public and private practice, including time at the Tempe Prosecutor’s Office during law school and as a coverage attorney for the City of Phoenix Public Defender’s Office.

Ty lives in Phoenix with his wife and son and enjoys staying active with CrossFit outside the office. And he takes pride in the thorough, team-driven approach that defines the Belen Law Firm.
